If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for general life coaching. You are likely the woman who thought life was supposed to feel easier by now.

The abuse ended or you left. The protection is in place and you are deemed safe, on the outside life might look like you are living you are living your 'happy ending' but in reality on inside, something still does not feel 'right!'

This might look like, still feeling anxious but unsure why, or walking into a room and your whole body and nervous system going into overdrive, leaving you feeling on edge or back to feeling how you used, in survival mode, flight, fight or freeze etc. You maybe questioning why you are still feeling like this, even though you are safe now. 

And sometimes the hardest part isn’t the anxiety itself. It’s not knowing why it’s still there.

 

This space is for the woman who survived, but hasn’t fully felt calm again yet.

The woman who smiles on the outside but still feels anxious on the inside.
The woman who believed once everything ended, she would feel like herself again.
The woman who is tired of feeling constantly alert, constantly feeling like they need to stay strong, constantly holding everything in.

You don’t need perfect words.
You don’t need to explain everything from the beginning.
You just need someone who understands what life can feel like after abuse, not just during it.

 

I work gently, calmly, and in a trauma-informed way.

You will not be pushed, judged, or made to feel like something is “wrong” with you.

Because the truth is, the anxiety, the fear that suddenly appears, the feeling of being constantly alert, these are survival responses that stayed switched on for too long, where nervous systems never learnt how to rest, because honestly, it was likely too risky!

Here you are welcomed, just as you are, where we will walk this journey together so to give permissions to nervous systems to truly relax and rest.
