Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ's
Can one to one sessions be done online or do they need to be in person?
Absolutely! Currently it is only offered online. As I only work with women, I completely understand the importance of flexibility and accessibility. This is why I offer virtual sessions, through Zoom and Google Meet. I understand the extra stress and expense of traveling along with adding extra time before and after sessions to allow for the travel. The sessions have been designed to be as accessible and comfortable as they can be.
What is your refund/ cancellation policy?
For one to one sessions ONLY - A full refund is available, if at least 24 hours notice is given.
Any sessions cancelled or needing to be changed within 24 hours will not be charged, however cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed sessions, or changes to appointments inside 24 hours are non-refundable and charged at the full session rate.
Any appointments that are attended late will end at the normal time and will be charged at full rate.
For Programmes, Workshops, and Digital Resources
These sessions are non-refundable due to the preparation involved and workbooks given at the beginning of sessions.

How do I know if this support is right for me?
Here are some things to consider;
- Anchored in Faith is for women who have experienced an abusive relationship and are now out of immediate danger, but still feel like they are living in survival mode, feeling tired, overwhelmed, or on alert still.
- This support is designed to help you learn more about your body, your nervous system and limiting beliefs that maybe keeping you from moving forward.
- Connection and trust, like choosing a therapist, are two really important factors to consider, you should feel like you are seen, heard and supported. You are going to get much more from sessions if you feel able to express yourself and feel comfortable, whilst also being challenged in the best way possible.
The best way is to book a pause and connect discovery call so you can take the next step with full confidence.
This is likely the right support if;
- You are willing and open to change
- You want to gain more understanding around trauma responses and the nervous system
- You are prepared to put in the work
- You want to grow your confidence, self trust, and have greater self awareness.
- You want to feel more clear about how to move forward with purpose.
If this sounds like something you connect with then you are likely in the right place but, if you are still unsure then please book a Pause and Connect Discovery Call with me.
How do I know if this is not the right support?
- If you are still in immediate danger.
- There is still ongoing risks from your partner or ex-partner.
- You are still living with your partner that was abusive,
- You require crisis intervention or emergency support.
- You are looking for clinical therapy, diagnosis or treatment around your mental health.
If this is where you currently are, then I would gently encourage you reach out to specialist domestic abuse services or emergency support so they can help you with safety planning first before exploring life coaching further. After this support then I would love to work with you!
Is this support confidential?
