Anchored in Faith is a space for gentle 1:1 support for woman aged 21+. Who have survived an abusive relationship and who are now ready to begin rebuilding their life.
This space is for the woman who may appear 'fine' on the outside, she has the smile, and shows everyone that she has moved on, but inside still feels on edge, still feels exhausted or disconnected, or unsure what to do next. If this feels familiar, then you have come to the right place and you are so very welcome here!
I felt very comfortable during our sessions, it felt vulnerable speaking about my family, but it also felt really freeing to speak so openly about everything. Laura has a great way of allowing me to feel heard and seen, she helps me to open up about things that I would not usually talk about or feel comfortable talking with others.
